I hope I'm not too late to enter! I like Southern Fabric's label on their pics, it's a smart move! My favorite precuts are fat eighths. They're a little hard to find but awesome for scrappy quilts.
My favorite pre-cut is the Wildwood Jelly Roll. This is the only shop that I have ever seen who takes the time to fan out the fabrics in many of the jelly rolls, so that we really know what we are buying - fabulous!
