Welcome Poppy Seed Fabrics!

Welcome, welcome Poppy Seed Fabrics
Photobucket

I'm happy to introduce you to Kimberly and her lovely fabric shop.

She carries all sorts of beautiful fabrics at great prices.

I just received this beautiful stack of Anna Maria Horner Little Folks voiles from her shop today!
voiles AMH 2
I can hardly wait to cut into them and get started on a summer quilt for our bed.

So let's have a look at some of the lovely fabrics Kimberly has in stock:
You can create your own bundle of Flea Market Fancy,
pick up a layer cake of Vintage Modern,
add to your Echino stash, or
make a quick and cute skirt out of this adorable ruffle fabric.
She also has a great sale section and let's face it, who doesn't like a discount?
All of her voiles are on sale including this citrus panel.

Kimberly has great fast shipping and ships internationally daily M-F.

She's a pleasure to work with, and I can't say enough great things about Poppy Seed Fabrics. Be sure to pop over to her blog too and say hi! She has tons of great things over there including cute tutorials.

So happy to have you on board Kimberly!

Random question, Jennifer: what IS a voile? And how do you pronounce it? I feel like a dork learning all about what to do with this fabric or that trim, then not knowing what it actually feels like or how to pronounce it. Ever have that problem?

Hello Jennifer, I just entered your giveaway and my comment didnt work so it will be blank! I wanted to say I have heard of these beautiful threads and would love the chance to try them, along with everyone else who has entered of course. Thankyou.

I'm in the same boat with Caren...what exactly is "voile"?? Is it lighter, heavier, is it silky, I just have no clue. I guess it's due to the fact that I live in the boonies with no LQS to haunt! LOL
