Introducing FAB! (A New Series & Giveaway!)

Today kicks off my new series FAB! Fabulous products, tools, gadgets and giveaways!

Anything that's FAB! is fair game, and I can't think of a better way to start off than with my fabulous and favorite thread of all time, Aurifil.

I ♥ Aurifil, and it was indeed love at first stitch. Have you tried Aurifil? It's a beautiful, smooth and strong Italian thread that will make a big difference in your sewing! My seams lie so flat (and if they don't, it's an ironing issue- not a thread one!)
Aurifil comes in 4 weights 12 wt, 28 wt, 40 wt, and 50 wt.

12 wt is perfect for embellishment and Sashiko

28 wt is perfect for hand quilting and blanket stitches

40 wt is a machine quilting and embroidery favorite

50 wt is the best thread for piecing and applique

In fact, I just finished a commissioned quilt last week using Aurifil 50 wt. in white.

Seriously, this thread rocks. It has very little lint, last forever on a bobbin and comes in big spools which seem to last a very long time. What more can you ask for?
FAB- aurifil

Oh wait, you want some for your own, don't you?
fab aurifil box

Well, lovely friends,  I have this fab Aurifil Basics Collection with your name on it!

To enter to win, you have three options.

Something fabulous...I dropped 5 pounds last month and can breath in my jeans again and my lilacs are just starting to bloom even the tiny one by the back door that my dog kept mistaking for a fire hydrant and I thought was doomed.
