Oh my, Jennifer, you probably already know this about me, but I would totally do the same thing - when I have a new song obsession I totally listen to it on repeat!!! Can't wait to see what you're stitching up :)

Is there such a thing as sewing without music?!
When I set up my spare room as a 'studio', I took an old tv my parents weren't using to put in there, thinking I would watch my favourite movies while I sew. Well, more than a year later, I haven't watched a thing! I just decided yesterday to get the tv out of there as I could use the space. My husband laughed at me, "you never even plugged it in?!"
Music is just my thing. I will put 3 discs into my cd player & listen to them on repeat. I'm bad at keeping track of how long things take me to make, afterwards I think - well I heard that Foo Fighters cd 3 times, so it took awhile! lol

Great song. I have never heard him before. I am going to iTunes to check him out. And yes when I find a song I love I will listen to it a lot, LOL!!
That`s weird...I just blogged about finding my ipod and so I listened to music while sewing for the first time today. A little odd that you can`t hear the machine though. Will check out your link and no, you are not the only one!

Err, yes, I may admit to overdosing on newly added songs on my iPod - at least no-one else has to hear it though, that's my excuse... ;o)
I do it too. lol. I also dance around my sewing room while I'm cutting and ironing. My youngest dog was in there with me the other day looking at me like I was crazy. It didn't help that I was singing to him.

I'm just like you about favorite songs! I don't know how many times I have listened to Misery by Maroon 5 so far. Can't wait to listen to this song now! I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning :)

Yes, with a new song I listen to it over and over...and over. Current fave: "Moves like Jagger". Oh, and I turn up the volume too...
